1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging SR Grand Enterprises for any service, requesting a quotation, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all service agreements, quotations, contracts, and website usage.
2. Services
SR Grand Enterprises provides home installation and renovation services including but not limited to: invisible grille installation, mosquito net installation, bird net installation, fabrication and welding, interior design, carpenter services, POP/false ceiling work, AC installation and servicing, sliding window installation, and roller blind installation. The scope of each service is defined in the individual service agreement and quotation provided at the time of booking.
3. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change in case of significant material cost variations. The final price is determined after the on-site assessment. Any changes to the agreed scope of work after confirmation may result in revised pricing, which will be communicated in writing before execution.
4. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms require 50% advance payment at the time of order confirmation and the remaining 50% upon satisfactory project completion. For larger projects, a milestone-based payment schedule will be agreed upon in writing. All payments are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced, except as provided in our warranty terms.
5. Project Timeline
While SR Grand Enterprises makes every effort to complete projects within the agreed timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances including material availability, building society permissions, weather, or factors beyond our control. We will communicate any delays promptly and provide a revised completion date.
6. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for: obtaining any necessary permissions from housing society, building management or local authorities; ensuring clear access to the work area; informing SR Grand Enterprises of any specific building restrictions; being available or having an authorized representative present during installation; settling any outstanding balance upon project completion as agreed.
7. Quality Assurance
SR Grand Enterprises is committed to delivering the highest quality materials and workmanship on every project. We use only certified, premium-grade materials and our trained technicians follow strict installation protocols. Any defects in materials or workmanship identified after project completion must be reported in writing within a reasonable time, and SR Grand Enterprises will assess and remediate at no additional cost.
8. Limitation of Liability
SR Grand Enterprises' liability in any matter related to service delivery shall be limited to the value of the service contract. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our team carries comprehensive insurance for property damage that may occur during installation, and any such claims will be handled through the insurance process.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the SR Grand Enterprises website including text, images, logos, designs and graphics is the intellectual property of SR Grand Enterprises or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use of this content is strictly prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India and the State of Maharashtra. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
